Competition 2018

(1st round national Rotary Young Musician)

will take place on

Friday 16th and Saturday 17th November 2018

in St John's Church, Sharow, Ripon HG4 5BJ


The adjudicator will be Dr Alasdair Jamieson

The Competition is open to young musicians up to and including the age of 18 who live, are at school or who have private music lessons within a 15-mile radius of the city of Ripon

Ripon Young Musicians of the Year aims to encourage local young musicians up to and including age 18 and to give them an opportunity to perform and for their talent to be recognised.

Audience admission, which covers all or any of the competition stages and the evening concert, is £3.00 per adult; children free.

The Chapel Choir of Queen Mary's School, Topcliffe, will be performing in the concert on Saturday 17 November

We hope that everyone who participated in the 2017 competition enjoyed the event!
